What is deepfake audio detection?
A deepfake voice is speech generated or altered by AI so that it sounds like a specific person. With a short recording, voice-cloning tools can produce new sentences in that person's voice: a fake announcement, a fake endorsement, a fake instruction to staff. Deepfake audio detection is the work of finding that audio and judging whether it is genuine.

How DeepWall detects cloned voices, step by step
1. Enroll your voiceprint
You upload a 30-second voice sample. DeepWall turns it into a voiceprint, a numeric profile of how you sound, stored with your face profile. You can update or retrain the profile at any time, and you can request deletion of your biometric profile, subject to the legal, security and backup-retention requirements described in the Privacy Policy.
2. Scan newly uploaded videos
A crawler scans newly uploaded videos across the monitored platforms. Because much synthetic audio is published as the soundtrack of a video, that is where DeepWall looks. Monitoring of podcasts, audio-only posts or standalone audio files is not a supported source.
3. Extract and compare the audio
DeepWall extracts the audio track from each monitored video and scores its similarity to your voiceprint, using models that are updated regularly as manipulation techniques evolve.
4. Alert above your threshold
You set a confidence threshold from 0 to 100%. When a result exceeds it, you receive an alert with a severity level. Content that is legitimately yours, such as a recorded keynote, can be snoozed or whitelisted.

A voice is trusted in a way text is not. A clip that sounds like your CEO or CFO carries authority before anyone questions it, and public speakers leave the material cloning tools need. What happens to the audio I upload?
It is held in temporary storage only for the moment it takes to receive it and is then deleted; abandoned uploads are removed automatically. It is not analysed, shared or kept.
